About Me

I have been teaching mindfulness since 2014. I trained with Breathworks and teach both the Mindfulness for Health and the Mindfulness for Stress courses. I am also an Associate Trainer with Breathworks. I have carried out additional training with Bangor and the Oxford Mindfulness Centre, and also teach MBSR and MBCT courses as well as the “Peace in a Frantic World” course, MBCT-L and Mindfulness in Schools. I offer group-based and 1:1 work, both online and in-person, working with the general population and also in corporate settings. I am a supervisor and mentor for mindfulness teachers. I have been a qualified yoga teacher since 2012 and enjoy mindfulness-based movement practice.
