Who am I? I am a mindfulness practitioner, teacher, trainer, and author. I have an MSc and Clinical Doctorate and trained in MBCT, MBCT-L, Finding Peace, Deeper Mindfulness and MBCP through the University of Oxford Mindfulness Centre where I am now a Teacher and Trainer. I am also a Faculty member of the Mindfulness Based Childbirth and Parenting Foundation. What do I do? I teach and train the Mindfulness for Life, Introducing Mindfulness and the Deeper Mindfulness curriculum for the OMF; I also teach the Finding Peace course for NHS staff and University students. In addition to this work, I continue to teach and train Mindfulness Based Childbirth and Parenting for the NHS and the Mindful Birth Foundation.
