Having undergone training with Bangor University and Breathworks, I completed my training pathway with Exeter University, and began teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses in 2018. I offer teaching either face-to-face or online, one-to-one or in groups. I work with the general public and in workplace settings (The Insolvency Service, Cornwall Council, British Aerospace are former clients). I offer 8 week MBSR courses and also tasters, top-ups and tailored sessions to suit. I have undergone Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness (TSM™) training. Prior to training as a Mindfulness teacher, I trained to teach the Alexander Technique. I choose to work with these two mindful approaches because I've always been interested in the ways that we can support ourselves and have more say in our physical, mental and/or emotional health and well-being. I love that they offer a kind and friendly way of working with the challenges we often face in these areas.
