About Me

I have been teaching mindfulness since 2005 to clinical and staff groups in the NHS. I teach MBCT and MSC online and face to face. I also supervise mindfulness work and train people to teach MBCT. I am co-lead for the Sussex Mindfulness Centre. As a centre, we offer a variety of mindfulness and compassion-based programmes including MBCT, MBSR, MSC, and teacher training programmes in these approaches. We also offer shorter introductory mindfulness courses and a compassionate leadership training. We also have a programme of CPD events, day, weekend and week long retreats and drop ins.
