About Me

I passed my MBCT in IAPT training in May 2023. I am registered with BAMBA to teach mindfulness to adults in the NHS clinical setting within a group process, as it will the NHS I will be working in this then means the mindfulness courses I run will be to the general public who are registered with the practices in the area in work in which is Telford. The format will be a group setting and can be online as has been before and possibly face to face. I have as far as part of the course ran two groups successfully with participants having positive outcomes knowing that mindfulness is an ongoing process even after the group is completed. I am still in the initial stages of having just passed the course and looking to in the future create another group. I am looking forward to having the plan to create another group and help more people have the benefit of practicing mindfulness and gain from it to help their mental health.
