About Me

I successfully completed the MBCT training for NHS IAPT practitioners in 2023. We have a regular flow of participants, so I have been continuing to deliver the course online with my colleague withing the NHS Mid Essex Talking Therapies service. We deliver the course to patients who have self referred or have been referred for psychological interventions for depression and have completed a course of therapy within our service.
