About Me

Having maintained a personal mindfulness practice since 2016, I started teaching in 2021. I am registered with BAMBA to teach MBCT and have started teaching MBSR in 2023. I teach in a NHS Talking Therapies service, in Dorset where we run regular courses online in addition to having run face to face courses.
