About Me

Commenced training September 2016 with Malvern Mindfulness after recognising the beneficial impact Mindfulness was having on those suffering from drug and alcohol dependency. Trained in Mindfulness Based Relapse prevention (MBRP) inhouse -Turning Point Contract May 2017 TTR1 Mindful Academy - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Feb 2018 TTR2 Mindful Academy - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Later joined Oxford Mindfulness Foundation as a volunteer workshop aide from 2017 until Pandemic, returning to be an admin support online until August 2022 During the time spent with OMF I had the honour of training alongside my work. This included Mindfulness for Life (MBCT-L) Finding Peace in a Frantic World, Summer School, and 2 years of Master Classes, all of which I feel totally blessed as I share with clients to support and benefit their Health and Wellbeing.
