About Me

Commenced training September 2016 with Malvern Mindfulness after recognising the beneficial impact Mindfulness was having on those suffering from drug and alcohol dependency. Trained in Mindfulness Based Relapse prevention (MBRP) inhouse -Turning Point Contract May 2017 TTR1 Mindful Academy - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Feb 2018 TTR2 Mindful Academy - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Later joined Oxford Mindfulness Foundation as a volunteer workshop aide from 2017 until Pandemic, returning to be an admin support online until August 2022 During the time spent with OMF I had the honour of training alongside my work. This included Mindfulness for Life (MBCT-L) Finding Peace in a Frantic World, TIF, Summer School, and 2 years of Master Classes. Between 2019 and 2023 I worked part time for Gloucestershire Adult Education delivering classes face to face and online, whilst continuing with my own private practice. I work in Community and one to one bespoke sessions, all of which I feel totally blessed to share with clients, supporting and bringing benefit their Health and Wellbeing. My most recent training has been the remarkable course Deeper Mindfulness with OMF and I continue to teach a 12 month supervised pathway to students of Gloucestershire Mindfulness.
