About Me

I have started teaching Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy since 2024. I teach in clinical setting, in groups, individual, face to face and online. I am trained to teach in clinical setting, to general public and patients within NHS. I am also British Wheel of Yoga Hatha Yoga Teacher since 2014.
