About Me

I have been practicing mindfulness since 2011 and teaching since 2015. I primarily focus on running three core group courses: Breathworks for Health, Breathworks for Stress, and Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living (MBCL). And I offer customised programmes for individuals and workplace. Most of the courses I teach online. One-to-one lessons, mindfulness for couples and families, and weekly meditation group are held in-person in my studio in Wadhurst, East Sussex. Workplace courses can be delivered in person or online.
