About Me

I am a full time mindfulness coach and founder of The Breathe Academy, working with private and corporate clients in North London and online. I regularly facilitate the 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Programme, as well as many other tailored mindfulness programmes to individuals, couples, teachers, parents and groups. My own journey into self-development began in the late 90's when I took the Landmark Forum, and more recently in 2007 when I participated in a 10 day Vipassana (silent meditation retreat). This, along with becoming a mum, culminated in a calling to leave the corporate world and qualify as a mindfulness coach in 2016. I felt a strong need to share the wisdom and insight I had gained through my own mindfulness practice so others could also experience the benefits. I have a particular passion for providing the tools to help us all deal with the intensity of our busy lives both in and out of work - with kindness, curiosity and gratitude. My approach is light, accessible and very down to earth. I write a weekly email full of useful mindfulness and life tips, and offer a free live guided meditation on the last Sunday of every month on Zoom and IG.
