About Me

I started my training in 2021 and qualified in 2023 as a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Teacher. I currently offer MBCT within the IAPT service I work for in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire. I offer online and in person courses as required to patients presenting at the service who wish to join the course as treatment or as relapse prevention.
