About Me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (BABCP). I qualified as a mindfulness teacher in 2024. My training includes MBCT and MBCT-L. I deliver on line and in person both clinically and non-clinically. I am Chair of a Mindfulness SIG as part of the BABCP.
