I have been teaching since 2012 and training for the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation since 2015. I am registered to teach MBCT and MBCT for Life. I teach the general public, both in person and online. I have retired as Director of Training for the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation and now hold the rolevff Director for Curriculum Development
