Breathworks Accredited Mindfulness Teacher since 2011. NHS Psychological Health Professional; Occupational Therapist and Counsellor. From 2013-2024 I taught continuously in the NHS, specialising in Mindfulness and Compassion Based Pain Management. Richly Experienced in Group Based and 1:1 work; Virtually, and In Person. From 2013 -2024 I also served as a Breathworks Associate Teacher, Teacher Trainer, Mentor and Mindfulness Based Supervisor. From 2023: Mental Health Recovery Education Trainer (Dorset NHS). Registered with BAMBA to Teach: Breathworks Mindfulness for Health and Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress Management. Also Trained to Teach: Mindful Self Compassion (full and short versions) and Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living.
