Breathworks Accredited Mindfulness Teacher Since 2011. NHS Psychological Health Professional; Occupational Therapist and Counsellor. Teaching continuously in the NHS since 2013. Specialising in Mindfulness and Compassion Based Pain Management and Mental Health. Registered with BAMBA to Teach: Breathworks Mindfulness for Health and Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress Management. Also Trained to Teach: Mindful Self Compassion (full and short versions) and Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living. I offer Group Based and 1:1 work; Virtually, and In Person. I'm a Breathworks Associate Teacher, Teacher Trainer , Mentor and Mindfulness Based Supervisor.
