Keeping Teaching Fully Alive and Effective: Deepening Engagement for Teachers and Participants

Join Taravajra and Karunavira from Mindful Health, who will explore how we as mindfulness teachers can involve ourselves, and our participants more fully in the teaching process.

This core question will be explored within the framework of the Mindfulness-Based Interventions: Teaching Assessment Criteria (MBI:TAC).

In this session, they will discuss how to:

  • Enable more involvement of the participants in their learning process

  • Learn how to distinguish conceptual and embodied learning in the moment

  • Let go of being ‘the teacher’ in order to foster a nourishing and effective learning experience

  • Enter into the discovery and learning alongside the participants

The session will include a short guided practice, reflection, and opportunities for both whole group and small group participation.

This CPD event is open to all mindfulness-based teachers and trainers.
