About Me

In 2000 I began teaching secular mindfulness. I co-founded Mindfulness Based Addiction Recovery MBAR, which is registered on BAMBA. I live between England and Canada, and teach internationally online and in person. I work with the general public, and have a private practice online. I also work as an international public speaker on the themes of Mindfulness for Addiction and Trauma. Every year I run the in person part of Train the Trainer in London. 3 day in person training which is part of the year long train the trainer
