About Me

Tessa specializes in mindfulness in the workplace, online and in person. She is lead trainer for mindfulness in the UK Parliament, and runs ‘Mindfulness Champions’ training in large global companies, working with Awaris. She is author of Mindfulness and Mindful London. Tessa has taught on the MA Traditions of Yoga and Meditation at SOAS, is an Associate of the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation and has practiced mindfulness for 30 years. For the public, Tessa taught MBCT/ MBSR from 2009-2021, but now offers classes for those who have done basic training and want to deepen their practice.
