About Me

I have been practising Mindfulness Teaching since 2022. I am qualified to teach Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I am employed within the NHS and deliver courses both face to face and online. I am also a qualified CBT Therapist and RMN, and am currently Clinical Lead for a Talking Therapies Service.
