About Me

I am a mindfulness-based teacher living in Colchester, Essex, United Kingdom. Since completing my training with Nottingham Mindfulness Centre in 2019, I have been teaching Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy in NHS Clinical settings and college workplace settings. During the Pandemic within the NHS, I co-facilitated Webinars Online and provided Live guided mindfulness practices for beginners. I enjoy teaching mindfulness in a kind, friendly, and encouraging manner bringing in humour and curiosity too. I believe mindfulness practice helps us to take better care of our minds and bodies in the present moment, enabling us to live our lives more fully and to flourish.
