About Me

I teach Mindfulness in the Workplace, creating a culture of high performance and happiness. I do this by delivering mindfulness courses, workshops and one-to-one sessions. I also teach Mindfulness for Life (MBCT-L) and Finding Peace in a Frantic World, online to the general public. I have been teaching since 2019 and have an MA in Mindfulness-Based Teaching from Bangor University. I have also trained with the UK Mindfulness Network, Oxford Mindfulness Foundation and Mindfulness in Schools Programme.
