Through Ryan’s regular practice of mindfulness whilst working in corporate positions in Procurement working for companies such as Bentley Motors, he experienced first-hand how practising mindfulness can help build resilience, instil calmness and clarity, and create better relationships in the workplace, and everyday life. This inspired Ryan to start offering Mindfulness Workshops at Bentley Motors Ltd, helping colleagues to build their wellbeing toolkit. Learning from his experience, Ryan started to develop a vision; offering simple and effective Workplace Mindfulness Training. Ryan has personally practiced mindfulness since 2014 and has been teaching since 2019.
