About Me

I started teaching Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for Depression in 2021 and have been running these courses within an NHS adult mental health service. In addition to being a trained MBCT teacher I am also a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist accredited by the British Associated of Behavioural of Cognitive Psychotherapy. I have been working in mental health for 11 years within the NHS and 4 years privately.
