I have been practising meditation since 2004 and completed my training in mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy in 2019 where I deliver MBCT groups in the NHS and 1:1 in private practise. I am also a BABCP accredited therapist in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and and a EMDR trauma therapist.
