About Me

I have been teaching MBCT since 2012 in an NHS IAPT/Talking Therapies setting, alongside my role as CBT therapist. I am a trained teacher having completed the CMRP Bangor University and Mindfulness Network pathway. Following completion of the CMRP Bangor supervisor course in 2018, I have supervised both trainee and trained mindfulness based cognitive therapy teachers. In December 2023 I left the NHS and am exploring mindfulness in a broader context, whilst continuing to offer supervision and teaching of mindfulness to individuals and groups.
