Thank you so much for visiting my profile. I live in the beautiful Ribble Valley with my husband three children and Jack our delightful cockapoo. My journey as a mindfulness teacher began in 2020, and since then, I have wholeheartedly dedicated myself to sharing these transformative practices through a variety of programmes. A pivotal milestone in my journey was completing a rigorous three-year master's degree programme at Bangor University, where I received a distinction in mindfulness-based approaches. This immersive experience profoundly enriched both my understanding and practice of mindfulness. I am currently registered with BAMBA (British Association for Mindfulness-Based Approaches) to teach the esteemed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme, renowned for its profound impact on well-being. I offer my guidance in the peaceful and nurturing environment of The Sanctuary of Healing in Langho, Lancashire. My teaching extends to diverse participants, including the general public, individuals in corporate settings seeking the benefits of mindfulness, and fellow Mindfulness-Based teachers who want to deepen their understanding of mindfulness origins. My teaching philosophy integrates the invaluable insights and skills cultivated during my master's programme and beyond. I strongly believe in offering flexibility by conducting sessions both online and in-person, ensuring accessibility for all, regardless of location. This approach allows me to offer individual learning preferences and needs. My commitment to professional development includes regular participation in yearly retreats, teaching workshops, and staying updated with the latest mindfulness research. I intend to cultivate a learning environment that not only imparts knowledge and practical guidance but also fosters the well-being and flourishing of individuals.
