I've been practicing mindfulness since 2013 and it's made a huge difference to my mental health and wellbeing. I'm also a Chartered Accountant and mindfulness has helped me to balance the demands of my career and those of being a Mum too. Instead of always being lost in work thought, mindfulness helps me to return to the present moment and to be there for the moments, and people, that matter most. I have lower levels of stress and anxiety and am certainly happier and more compassionate as a result. In 2017 I completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course which I found very powerful. To share my passion for this course with others, I trained to teach MBSR and became a BAMBA registered teacher in October 2022. I teach to the general public and to workplaces, both remotely and in person. I offer courses remotely and in person.
