I lead 8 week mindfulness courses built on the firm foundation of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. On the course we will explore simple meditation practices and you will be encouraged to practice a variety of mindfulness practices at home between classes to help gain the most benefit from this course. I also host mindfulness workshops and embed meditations into my other events and workshops. I offer group based and 1:1 Mindfulness; online and In Person. I have a background in wellbeing as a Sound Healing Practitioner & a Flower and Vibrational Essences Practitioner. I am also a trained teacher and currently work in FE.
