About Me

I trained to teach MBCT & MBCT-L with the Nottingham Centre for Mindfulness between 2021-23. As part of my training, I began delivering supervised in-person MBCT courses to community groups and workplaces in October 2022. I have experience in delivering taster sessions and online group practice sessions. I collaborate with other community projects and charities to co-develop mindfulness-based activities and workshops for staff and clients. I have worked as a Project Coordinator for a local Derbyshire charity, as a branch manager for the Derbyshire Library Service, and in education.
