About Me

I started teaching in 2013. I'm a teacher member of the Mindfulness Association and approved to teach the Mindfulness Based Living Course and other MA courses. In 2018 I became a Breathworks Accredited Teacher for both Mindfulness for Health and Mindfulness for Stress. Then in 2022 I undertook teacher training in Mindfulness Based Addiction Recovery. I am happy to create bespoke mindfulness and compassion sessions to suit client orgs and deliver these face to face, online and in hybrid settings.
