I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Mindfulness teacher, specialising in Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). I have taught MBCT courses since 2020, working primarily in the NHS, with adults with a range of mental and physical health conditions. I offer Mindfulness both on line and in person.
