About Me

I started teaching the MBCT programme in 2017 while working as a palliative care social worker in a hospice, I also use mindfulness for patients and for those around them. Since then I have delivered programmes not only in hospices but in the community working with a range of groups. I have also put together an MBCT based programme for people who want to learn mindfulness one to one rather then being in a group setting. I work in person at a clinic in Kings Cross, London or via the internet.
