Thank you for your interest. I trained at Exeter University under the tutelage of Willem Kuyken, Jenny Wilkes, Alison Evans and Christina Feldman in 2012-2014. I have taught MBCT and a 4 session Introduction to Mindfulness course in the NHS since 2014. More recently, I trained in MBCT-L and have taught one course. I am a director of Mindfulness Cornwall CIC and offer regular sitting groups as support for MBCT/MBSR graduates. I am a trained MBA supervisor and MBI-TAC assessor and have been offering these as part of the NHS MBCT in IAPT project since 2021. I trained as a counsellor in 1996 and offer individual, mindfulness-based therapy. I offer sessions and courses online and in-person
