About Me

Following accreditation as a Breathworks Mindfulness teacher in 2017, I have delivered Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress and Mindfulness for Health courses 1:1 and in groups within the NHS and in the community . Mindfulness teaching and personal practice has complemented my role as an Advanced Occupational Therapist and team leader in a busy community stroke team. Mindfulness practice is integral to my personal and professional life. This has enabled me to live more positively with the challenges of life including a demanding career and long term health condition. I am passionate to share my experiences with the intention of helping others.
