Teaching mindfulness-based approaches since 2018, I specialise in delivering programs for the general public and workplace in both English and Spanish. I hold a Master’s degree in Teaching Mindfulness from the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice, Bangor University, and am certified (MBI:TAC) to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I am trained by the Oxford Mindfulness Foundation (OMF) to teach Mindfulness for Life (MBCT-L), Finding Peace in a Frantic World, and Introducing Mindfulness. Additionally, I have undertaken specialist training to teach mindfulness in workplace contexts with OMF. Currently, I am a partner with MBCTSpain, where I work as part of their certified teaching team. My teaching experience includes delivering courses, workshops, and taster sessions for charities and organisations. Having worked in corporate environments for many years, I deeply understand the importance of wellbeing in competitive, time-pressured workplaces. Mindfulness teaching approaches in workplace settings focus on fostering and enabling a work environment that supports staff in cultivating present-moment awareness and enhancing workplace dynamics. These teachings not only support individuals and teams in cultivating resilience, focus, and clarity but also deepen my own connection to mindfulness practices. This shared journey inspires and empowers both participants and myself to thrive in our personal and professional lives.
