About Me

Annelien Nieman completed the Post Graduate Certificate in Mindfulness through the University of Aberdeen in 2019. She completed her mindfulness teacher training through the Mindfulness Association UK to teach the Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC). She started teaching mindfulness in 2024. Annelien offers in-person and online MBLC courses, introductory mindfulness courses and retreats. Annelien is also an Educational Psychologist based near Cape Town, South Africa and uses a mindfulness based approach in a clinical setting with clients.
